Helping out in the vines.
This last few weeks saw us helping out in the vineyard where the Shiraz grapes are being hatched out to become our growing in popularity, Tart Tonic.

With the Shiraz fruit setting its time to trim the suckers from the vines and make repairs to the wire that will support the weight of the fruit. As we have 50+ years in Australia you would think we would know t
he strength of the sun but at 19 degrees and overcast we were burnt to a crisp and  then days later we were soaked in light rain, who would of thought we're in summer. Nevertheless we loved being in the outdoors tending to the vines, witnessing wedgetail eagles soaring just meters above our heads.
We look forward to  bringing you updates on the whole  vine to bottle journey
