Forage and Feast Ballarat

Tuesday saw us at The Goods Shed, Ballarat for the Central Highland producers Forage and Feast gathering.
We spent the day  soaking up two brilliant sessions, the first with chefs and the second with the public. Both groups walked away properly impressed with our Tart Tonic. 
Richard Cornish was in full flight as MC and nailed it, as always. And Kate Davis ran the day like a pro. We were also chuffed to see our Shiraz Vinegar pop up in the Yendon Tomato Bruschetta, adding that little extra oomph to the Hors d'oeuvres. Our new malt vinegar was extremely well received and we were also blown away by the Tart Tonic Tastings with the single most used word after the first sip being..... Wow
