When the Australian wine industry hit a 20-year low, amazing grapes from the Grampians were being left without a market. Instead of letting it go to waste, we turned it into something new, small-batch vinegars and our Shiraz Tart Tonic, crafted from local wine and grapes that deserve a second chance.
