Ballarat Living - Add some zing

When the Australian wine industry hit a 20-year low, amazing grapes from the Grampians were being left without a market. Instead of letting it go to waste, we turned it into something new,  small-batch vinegars and our Shiraz Tart Tonic, crafted from local wine and grapes that deserve a second chance. The team at Ballarat Living recently featured our story,  written by Gail Thomas, from rescuing surplus wine to creating bold flavours for drinks and cooking.
