SHIPPING & RETURNS:

Free Shipping over $100 to most locations
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 - for smaller orders we offer $10 subsidised flat rate shipping. Free shipping offers only apply within Australia, with the exception of bulky orders to distant and remote areas. In this situation and for international orders, please contact us directly. .

Dispatch
We dispatch orders every morning (Monday to Friday), and work hard to ensure all orders are on their way as soon as possible - usually within 24 hours. We ship most orders via Australia Post eParcel (fragile wine delivery service)

Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on your location . Below are estimated average delivery times for Australia Post standard shipping from dispatch:

• VIC: 2–3 business days

• NSW, ACT, SA: 4–7 business days

• QLD, TAS: 5–10 business days 

• WA, NT: 7–14 business days

Important Information:

• By default, we send orders with authority to leave without signature. You can add customised delivery instructions at the view cart screen.

• As we ship from regional Victoria, Australia Post does not guarantee delivery times.

• All orders include a packing slip
