Tart Tonic is a vibrant, non-alcoholic shrub crafted in the Grampians from rescued Shiraz grapes that would otherwise go to waste. It’s bright, tangy, lightly sweet, and designed to be enjoyed your way with soda, in cocktails, paired with spirits, or splashed into food.
