We offer free shipping on orders over $100 - for smaller orders we offer $10 subsidised flat rate shipping. Free shipping offers only apply within Australia, with the exception of bulky orders to distant and remote areas. In this situation and for international orders, please contact us directly.

We stand by the quality of our products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied or an order arrives damaged please contact us immediately. We have a number of options available including replacement, return or refund. We understand orders may be gifts and will consider any reasonable return request.. Free Returns
If eligible we do offer free returns meaning we pay the return postage. Bank processing time for refunds is between 1 - 5 days. Free returns only apply within Australia when orders are delivered by the postal system, no returns are accepted for international orders.
Dispatch
We dispatch orders every morning (Monday to Friday), and work hard to ensure all orders are on their way as soon as possible - usually within 24 hours. We ship most orders via Australia Post eParcel (fragile wine delivery service.

Delivery times vary depending on your location . Below are estimated average delivery times for Australia Post standard shipping from dispatch:

- NSW, ACT, SA: 4–7 business days
- QLD, TAS: 5–10 business days
- WA, NT: 7–14 business days
