Absolutely delicious! I hesitated to try another non alcoholic beverage after many disappointments. This is beautifully tart and fruity without being overly sweet. Perfect pre dinner treat. Great on ice with soda water and twist of orange rind.

I just received my first cask (definitely not my last) of Tart Tonic today. I have also had my first taste and wow - isn't it good! Thankyou so much and I will be signing up for a subscription. I also appreciated the handwritten note - I try to support local businesses where possible and as a dedicated gin & tonic and wine drinker this is a great non-alcoholic (or alcoholic) option. I have also tried quite a few shrubs as well and this one stacks up easily. All the best.

🌟 This is DELICIOUS! 🌟. I have been searching for an alternative to wine with dinner: a small amount of this Tonic mixed with soda water or mineral water is so perfect. (Soda water made at home saves the many ecological costs of bottled water—plastic production and the questionable recycling of it, transport to the shops then to your home, transport from your home to the recycling facility or landfill, and the consumption of microplastics that are known hormone disruptors etc). Thank you Amanda and Anthony for a very impressive product. I love that it is in a cask so there is no oxidisation of the Tonic, and it is easy to store and use. 🌟🍷🍷

I love the tart tonic . It makes a great cordial and a lovely accompaniment to a cocktail. The acid is expertly balanced on the palate by the residual sweetness of the grapes. This is my new "go-to" when I want a refreshing beverage without the alcohol
